Prof. Nei Kato, Full Professor with Graduate School of Information Sciences, Tohoku University, visited our group on Dec 1, 2015. Prof. Kato is also a Strategic Adviser to the President of Tohoku University, and the Director of Research Organization of Electrical Communication (ROEC), Tohoku University.
Prof. Kato is a fellow of IEEE and IEICE.
